Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website (haidarcuts.com) or book an appointment through it. Haidar Cuts provides the barbering services. Truvai LLC (“Truvai”) operates this website and the booking system on behalf of Haidar Cuts. By using the site or booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking

  • Give accurate details, including a mobile number where you can be reached about your appointment.
  • Online booking is open from 1 hour ahead up to 30 days ahead, and depends on availability. Your appointment is confirmed when you see the confirmation screen.
  • You’ll get a confirmation by email if you gave one, and by text if you opted in to text messages.

Changes and cancellations

  • You can change or cancel online, using the link in your confirmation, up to 2 hours before your appointment. After that, call the shop at (253) 656-2581.
  • Occasionally Haidar Cuts may need to move or cancel an appointment (for example, if a barber is unwell). We’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Lateness and no-shows

Please arrive on time. If you’re late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled so other customers aren’t kept waiting. If you repeatedly miss appointments without cancelling, Haidar Cuts may decline future online bookings.

Prices and payment

Prices and durations shown online are a guide and may change. You pay at the shop; no payment is taken online. The final price is confirmed by Haidar Cuts.

Text messages and privacy

Appointment texts are optional and covered by the SMS terms. How we handle your information is explained in the privacy policy.

Using the site

Don’t make bookings you don’t intend to keep, book in someone else’s name without their permission, use automated tools to book or collect information, or interfere with the site’s security or operation. We may cancel bookings or block access that breaks these terms.

Other websites

The site links to other services, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram. They have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

The website and booking system are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and running, but they may sometimes be unavailable, delayed or contain errors, and messages may not arrive. If something looks wrong with your booking, call the shop at (253) 656-2581.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Haidar Cuts nor Truvai is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or booking system, and our total liability for any claim relating to an appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Washington.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
