Privacy policy

Haidar Cuts uses an online booking system operated by Truvai LLC (“Truvai”). This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this website (haidarcuts.com) when you book, change or cancel an appointment. “We” means Haidar Cuts and Truvai, which runs the website, the booking system and appointment messages on behalf of Haidar Cuts.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
  • Your appointment: the service, barber, date and time, and any notes you add.
  • Whether you agreed to receive appointment text messages, and when.
  • Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and working. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t identify you, and error reports that exclude your contact details.

How we use it

  • To book, change and cancel your appointments, and to let Haidar Cuts prepare for your visit.
  • To send you a confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and notices if it changes or is cancelled: by email, and by text if you opted in.
  • So Haidar Cuts can contact you about your appointment.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We don’t send marketing messages, and we don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts (Twilio). Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. See the SMS terms for details.

Who we share it with

  • Haidar Cuts, to provide your appointment.
  • Service providers that run the system for us and may only use your information to do so: website hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), text message delivery (Twilio) and error monitoring.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and appointment history while Haidar Cuts uses the booking system, so the shop can see your past visits. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we’ll keep only what the law requires.

Your choices

  • Texts are optional and not required to book. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
  • Each email and text links to a page where you can change or cancel your appointment.
  • To see, correct or delete your information, contact us using the details below.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, stored with an access-controlled provider, and only staff at Haidar Cuts and Truvai can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This service isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
