The program

Haidar Cuts appointment texts are sent by Truvai LLC, which runs the online booking system for Haidar Cuts, on its behalf.

What you’ll receive

  • A confirmation when you book.
  • A reminder before your appointment.
  • A notice if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.

These are appointment messages only, never marketing. Message frequency varies: up to 4 messages per booking.

How you sign up

When you book at haidarcuts.com/book, you can tick a box to receive these texts. It’s unticked by default, and you don’t need to agree to texts to book.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more texts after that. The same number may also send appointment texts for other businesses that use Truvai’s booking system, so replying STOP stops all texts from that number. Reply START to opt back in.
